We are looking for professionals to join our teams managing development services for Financial Services in Europe belonging to our Barcelona`s office. New joiners will start with a stage working on-site in European countries (UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands).

Within the scope of new projects and releases of medium/large size, leading the definition and development of high quality solutions: Functional requirements analysis and definition of the Technical Analysis of the solution. Development, testing, implementation and support of the final solution. Documentation maintenance. Management of the development team Estimation of the deliverables in terms of cost, timelines and risks associated Manage contacts with IT Management / Client Staff.
We are looking for professionals as you, who have:
– 3 years of proven experience in project development / maintenance related to Cobol/DB2 language within the financial sector.
– Fluency in English.
– Technical engineering degree or similar.
– Knowledge of development methodologies, standards and tools.
– Technical and analytical skills: ability to analyse complex problems, provided accurate and complete solutions.
– Result oriented: commitment and ability to work in a challenging work environment.
– Methodological and organized: able to define and prioritize planning continuously based on the needs.
– Communication skills: empathy with the client and with the project team.
– Team working
– Age: 20 – 40 years old

EXPERIENCE:
3 years of proven experience in project development / maintenance related to Cobol/DB2 language within the financial sector.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
CONTRACT: Permanent contract. Full time job.
HOURS A DAY: 8h/day
SALARY/ GROSS OR NET/ MONTH (Minimum – Maximum):
20.000 – 35.000 € (Depending on the experience)
