Tasks:

Provide excellent customer service by being helpful, professional and courteous at all times by phone and in person at customer and dealers facilities.

  • Support customers and service technicians in the swift resolution of product and system related enquiries to tight time scales and to the satisfaction of the end user.
  • Make accurate diagnosis of technical queries and product faults with the aim of achieving the most appropriate outcome.
  • Manage outcomes through problem resolution, replacement part/product, or service site visit.
  • Support and assist in the training of customers, service technicians or colleagues as the need arises.
  • Regularly, to attend customer premises & dealers facilities in a ‘trouble-shooting’ capacity.
  • Prepare technical reports and process them following headquarters processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Industrial Technology, …) and / or Higher Degree in Automotive, Maintenance of Vehicles or similar.
  • Expert level of computer applications of this area such as VDOC, BUSDOC, EVA, SAP, Microsoft Office …
  • Professional experience in buses and / or industrial vehicles.
  • Bus & Car driving license.

Fluent in Spanish & English is essential
