Attend to salesman’s team and agents through process technical support, negotiation and service´s management. Monitoring commercial activity, ensuring that is carried out according to internal processes and regulations, negotiate price and services associated with the bus or coach sale.

    • Manage the sales process:

Manage the sales process software, support vehicle configuration in collaboration with Operation & Product department, Cost and sale price verification in addition to internal approval management.

    • Business attention management.
    • Implement sales strategy supporting Head of Sales Manager.

Carry out market planning, price positioning, competency analysis, etc.

Cooperation with network dealers and sales points in regards to customer complaint.
