- Centralized management of the maintenance of XPO buildings.
- Negotiations and contract management.
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, technology, fire protection, utilities and so on. Ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and meet government regulations.
- Establish close contact with business units to ensure actual and future knowledge of internal demand and service quality
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of relevant supply markets
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Track category specific project progress and benefits and report according to corporate performance management requirements and tools. Ensure transparency of costs to track benefits
