  • Functions:
    • Centralized management of the maintenance of XPO buildings.
    • Negotiations and contract management.
    • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
  • Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, technology, fire protection, utilities and so on. Ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and meet government regulations.
    • Establish close contact with business units to ensure actual and future knowledge of internal demand and service quality
    • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of relevant supply markets
    • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Track category specific project progress and benefits and report according to corporate performance management requirements and tools. Ensure transparency of costs to track benefits
