Mission and Main Objectives:

Ensure the effective HR support to the Cantabria Plant Head of Operations and Line Management to produce foundry and casting goods with the right cost, quality and flexibility, by providing the needed and best resources to the operations, achieving and maintaining a peaceful environment from the Social point of view and partnering up the Line Management to solve their operational topics from the HR Side. It is the front office for Plant Management

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Front Office for the Plant Manager and Line Management that will be responsible for dealing with the day to day HR operational topics.
  • Will play and advisory and counseling role Cantabria Mgt teams on HR and Organizational Issues.
  • Responsible for the day to day Labour Relations Management.
  • Responsible for the effective, successful and timely execution of Talent Management processes in the plants (PMD, Succession Planning, Career Development, HPP, EP, assessment, Training nominations, Recruitment processes…), for Cantabria Plant.
  • Responsible for the effective, successful and timely execution of Resource Management & Compensation and Benefits processes in the plants (Salary review, promotions, job grading, manpower management, contract management…) according to the Nissan Spain and Nissan AMIE HR policies.
  • Ensure that his area of responsibility is properly staffed with the best available resources within the given budget and headcount.

Posting Description:

  • Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources.
  • English fluent.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills and leadership.
