For our store in ECI Santander we’re looking for a Part Time Client Advisor (30h), English and Spanish speaking to cover a sickness leave.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

–     Act and think of the customer and their experience first, to have a deep understanding of their wants, needs and expectations.
–     Welcome and assist each customer by providing them with an excellent in-store experience at all times.
–     Master storytelling and the art of asking interesting questions.
–     Create a genuine long-term bond with customers by making them feel that the experience is really about them.
–     Effectively deal with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
–     Demonstrate active leadership in the sales area, to drive individual and team objectives and take ownership of sales results.
–     Proactively engage in cross-selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
–     Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
–     Manage payment transactions, including returns, refunds, distance selling and tax exemption, in a timely and accurate manner.
–     Ensure and maintain the high standard of shop and visual display, complying with company operational guidelines and stocking procedures.
–     Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be vigilant in preventing product theft, including the labelling of garments and merchandise in the shop.
–     Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, keep abreast of new fashion trends and competition.
–     Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal relationships with customers through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
–     Manage and drive sales by understanding customer desires and create a crafted customer experience to achieve the best sales results.

Perfil

If you:
·       Previous experience in sales functions; experience in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail companies is an asset.
·       Passionate about Retail, Customer Service and commercial mindset.
·       Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities
·       Strong communication skills.
·       Willingness to grow in the organization; willingness to relocate is an asset.
·       Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
·       Are a Brand Ambassador that has a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
·       Have fluent in English and Spanish, the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.

Hours: Part Time (30h)
