Cloud Platform Engineer Santander

With the launch of our Global Cloud Marketplace, Ingram Micro Cloud is changing how business is done in the Cloud. We are a master cloud service provider (mCSP), who empowers organizations to configure, provision and manage cloud technologies with confidence and ease.

As a part of the Global Engineering Team, the Cloud Platform Engineer will support the implementation of products and solutions into the Global Cloud Marketplace. This will require looking at new solutions or architectures, design and configuration of the Vendor products/services into the eCommerce Platform, as well as work with different teams to drive testing and bugfixing processesv or provide 3rd-level support.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess & Design solutions for Global Cloud Marketplace
• Identify, analyze, understand and document business requirements
• Deploy new products into Odin Automation and Global Cloud Marketplace
• Provide support during QA/UAT prior to launch and 3rd-level support post-launch

Required Skills:

• 3+ years’ experience in Hosting Services
• Linux Administration skills
• Scripting languages: bash, php, python
• High level of English (written and verbal)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Can-do attitude
• Clear communicator (both written and verbal)
• Ready to work in a global company, with different cultures and timezones

Asset Skills:

• Knowledge of Odin Automation platform (big plus)
• Database skills with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
• Cloud infrastructure services experience (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Odin, LPI/RedHat, Microsoft certifications
