Description:

  1. Drives continuous improvement in release management, keeping up with industry best practice and approaches.
  2. Build & foster relationships with Development, QA, Product Management, Business Owners, Product Support and Executives worldwide
  3. Communicate all key project plans, changes including requirements, commitments, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
  4. Accountable for negotiating, planning and managing all release activities
  5. Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
  6. Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensures alignment across key partners and vendors
  7. Responsible for scoping, planning, budgeting and forecasting of a release
  8. Responsible for managing releases to approved budgets and commitment
  9. Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality
  10. Takes responsibility for and escalates issues and risks as appropriate
  11. Lead work-hours and/or off-hours Production deployments

Experience:

  • Experience in supporting client relationships, applying communication and presentation skills to meet job requirements.
  • Experience working with Development and QA teams.
  • Experience in Hosting Services.
