We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work in our office in Santander, Spain.
Requirements
As a Customer Support Specialist you will:
- Answer customer needs
- Serve customers in troubleshooting and maintenance of products (Websites, CRM)
- Assist the clients in the functional management of the products
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to the customers
- Manage the process of all inbound issues, guarantee clear data input and proactively inform customers about delivery dates / changes and takes action on deviations
- Manage complaints and other problems, ensuring they are solved rapidly in an efficient and professional manner to satisfy the customer
SKILLS:
- 4-6 years experience in the Customer Service,
- Experience with WordPress
- Knowledge of HTML and Web standards
- Experience in IT/SaaS/Digital products
- Knowledge of web marketing tools
- Strong customer-oriented approach
- Problem solving attitude
