At Eni, we are looking for a Data Analyst (customer Value and Churn Management) within Plenitude Iberia in Torrelavega, Spain. You will be responsible for developing insightful analysis to improve commercial strategies with impact on churn reduction and improvement of retention campaigns.

As a member of the Commercial Team at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for:

  • Develop of customer insights supporting value-driven customer segmentation efforts
  • Measurement and analysis of marketing campaign results on
    customer base, focusing on churn and retention strategies
  • Design and development of customer analytics reporting, enabling commercial strategies based on customer base value
  • Supporting marketing team to optimize A/B and multivariate testing
  • Clear and effective communication of complex analysis results to all organizational levels
  • Liaising with IT regarding the development and adoption of new tools, in business intelligence as well as integrating new data.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science or a Related Field
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science or a Related Field
  • Extensive and proven experience using at least one among SQL, Python, R
  • Proven track record in helping businesses leverage customer insight to make more informed business decisions
  • Strong data visualization skills using tools like Power BI
  • Understanding of marketing ecosystem and how to measure success for each channel/campaign
  • Experience in an international environment is considered a plus
  • Previous experience in telco, banking and insurance is considered a plus
