Job Summary

By filling the role of a Data & Analytics Project Manager your mission is to ensure that our internal and external customers get the insights they need, partnering with them to capture their requirements and helping them get the most out of their data.

The Data & Analytics Project Manager Initiatives role also is to coordinate the roadmap, development, planning and implementation of Power BI, Big Data & Artificial Intelligence initiatives in the Southern Region.

The Data & Analytics Project Manager works closely with the business to plan, priorities and deliver strategic initiatives and projects, acting as the business owner coordinator of BI and AI initiatives.

Main responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the usage of the Power BI and DWH architecture solutions, understand the logic behind the data as well as the functionality of different modules
  • Understand user requirements and dig into the detail of client data to provide proactive/reactive analysis regarding their video services
  • Develop expertise to extract insights, producing high-quality informative and visual reports.
  • Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve customer’s satisfaction, solve possible issues and face their challenges.
  • Produce/interpret/present analysis, adapting to the appropriate context of client departments (operations, marketing etc.)
  • Support and train users in the use of the new tools
  • Contribute to global data integrity and benchmarking exercises, to model and adapt data in tools outside of the UI (API calls, power BI, ETL, excel, SQL etc.)
  • Contribute to the automation and improvement of BI reporting processes
  • Identify future product needs and improvements and provide feedback to our product team

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree in computing, engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient level of English spoken and written
  • Availity to travel at least 20-30% of the time
  • Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.
