Resumen
At our Cantabria plant, we manufacture grey and nodular iron parts through casting and machining processes for various sectors such as the automotive industry, industrial vehicles, agriculture, industrial machinery and civil engineering. With a current headcount of around 520 staff, we are looking for a Production Control Manager to join our operation reporting to the Plant Manager. As Production Control Manager you will be responsible for production planning, logistics and supply chain management for the Cantabria Plant.
Your main responsibilities as Production Control Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Establishing of the Annual Production Plan.
- Deploying of the Monthly Volume Request.
- Parts delivering to the Production Lines on time, quality & safety (Material Handling).
- Logistics engineering of the Material Handling process and improvement of the Logistics process (warehouse + First supply + Picking).
- Analyse problems related to parts supply.
- Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to staff.
- Ensuring safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
Requirements:
- Engineering Degree
- Master in Logistics or similar
- Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience of managing industrial operations (Logistics or manufacturing) in a similar environment
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Change management skills
- Fluent English knowledge
