About the role:

  • Our electrical maintenance and instrumentation group is part of the plant’s technical services unit.
  • As a maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance under your responsibility, contributing and having a positive impact on plant performance.

You will be responsible for:

  • ○ Resolution of breakdowns of E&I under your responsibility.
  • ○ Maintenance of instrumentation elements.
  • ○ Preparation, programming and supervision of the work order: schedule tasks, collect spare parts, work permit treatment and schedule resources.
  • ○ Field verification about safety work conditions.
  • ○ SAP management; notifications, work order, spare parts, etc.
  • ○ Contribute and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • ○ Maintenance and Integration of IIoT equipment.
  • We offer a permanent contract based on working onsite.

About you:

  • FP2 in electricity, automation or control.
  • Work experience minimum of five years in E&I maintenance in the industry, preferably Chemical sector.
  • High knowledge of legal regulations for electrical work, as well as their application in daily work and used to work under strict safety conditions.

Competencies:

○ Electrical competencies:

  • MCC.- Knowledge about architecture and basic maintenance operations in MCC preferably form CONSONI manufacturer, others will be valued.
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting in motors and electrical circuits.
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting in SIMOCODE relay will be valued.
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting in VSD, preferably ABB.
  • High level for electrical drawing understanding.
  • PLC knowledge at user level will be valued, preferably from Siemens.

○ Instrumentation competencies:

  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting in all measure instruments: pressure, temperature, level, flow, density, etc.
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting in control valve: on/off and regulation, including auxiliary elements as positioner, electro valves and air or oil distribution.
  • High level for instrumentation drawing understanding.
  • DCS knowledge at user level will be valued, preferably from Honeywell.

About the pay and benefits

While Spain’s base pay reasonably expected for this role is 40,000 EUR gross annually, your salary may ultimately be higher based on your skills and experience.
