Resumen

We are looking for :

  • A Logistics Specialist to manage, and in compliance with all safety regulations, the physical flows of raw materials, intermediate and finished goods in packaging, storage, material handling, distribution and loading operations within Torrelavega Site, in order to ensure that raw materials, intermediate and finished goods are made available in a timely and cost-effective way, respectively for production and for the final customers.
  • You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager of Torrelavega Plant.

  • Define and deploy procedures regarding Logistics and Supply Chain Operations, in order to meet changes in legislation, customer demands and Group policies and standards.
  • Analyze and propose improvements in the logistic operations and the logistic equipment, in order to optimize operations, meet legislation and procedures and reduce cost.
  • Lead or participate in projects, to improve Logistics & Supply Chain Operations performance and effectiveness.

You will bring :

  • Master degree in Engineering, Process Technology or related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in Logistic and / or Industrial activities (ideally pharmacy / food)
  • Knowledge of SAP Systems, Microsoft tools, Gmail and Google Apps
  • Fluent verbal and written Spanish and English. Knowledge of French language is also desirable
  • Knowledge aspects of quality standards (ISO, GMP etc.)
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Multi-task, pragmatic, open to change and team oriented in task completion
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, initiative and resourcefulness with the ability to work independently
  • The ability to lead and motivate people, coach them and empower them
