Resumen

Acciona, en su linea de negocio de construcción, precisa la incorporación de un/una Gestor/a Contractual para importante proyecto de obra civil en Cantabria. Se responsabilizará de la gestión contractual del proyecto y coordinación de la gestión con el cliente y gestión de los contratos con suministradores y subcontratistas.

Descripción del puesto:

Mission: Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department, in keeping with established procedures, facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material), so as to contribute to significantly improving the project. They are responsible for the analysis and interpretation of the contract, paying special attention to clauses and conditions for better alignment with the company’s interests. They act as intermediaries between client and company by resolving the possible conflicts that could arise during the performance of the contract. They control compliance with the contract by both parties.

Requisitos del candidato:

  • -Ingeniero/a con conocimientos legales o Abogado/a con conocimientos de construcción.
  • -Experiencia mínima de 8 años en posiciones similares.
  • -Alto nivel de inglés.
