We need motivated and visionary leaders to turn ideas into success, to drive a company forward to the next level of success, being an HPO.With this shared vision and purpose, we have an exciting position located in Puente San Miguel/ PSM, which is going to be part of the Spanish HR Team.
Responsibilities: Reporting to HRBP PSM, she/he will be responsible for the main processes of Attraction, Development and Talent Management, such as:

  • Implementation of the “Employer Branding”, Recruitment & Selection Strategy.
  • Implementation of Performance & Development Processes & Actions.
  • Lead the procedure and main actions to increase country engagement.
  • Coordinate Social Responsibility Actions.
  • HR global /regional projects implementation.
  • Designing & Implementing L&D plans, measuring impacts and leading L&D agenda.
  • Facilitating & delivering training & development sessions and being an expert in coaching others.
  • Labor relations with unions.

Requirements:

From 3 to 5 years of previous experience in L&D areas in HR departments or HR consultancy, always in multinational and industrial environment, including experience managing projects and budgets efficiency.

University studies in: Law, Psychology, Pedagogy, Sociology, Politics, HR Management, Philosophy…, not rejecting any specific studies.

High level of English and Spanish, at least C1 level.

Although travelling is not regular, flexibility is required on this point.
