Resumen

With the launch of the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, Ingram Micro is changing how business is done in the cloud. We are looking for a Product Engineer. You will work closely with our vendors to understand the technical requirements of their products and productize and integrate their products with the marketplace. You will serve as a technical liaison to product management teams and to support custom and/or atypical initiatives. You will be responsible for R &D for new products and enhancements and help create these products\enhancements as new offerings or integrate them with existing offerings.

Experience:

  • 5 – 10 years Product experience, with the last few years in a highly technical role.
  • Strong Knowledge of Cloud product offerings, Micrsoft O365, Azure, CRMOnline as well as many other vendors.
  • eCommerce experience – vendor integration, provisioning, subscriptions, billing, etc.
  • Experience with API’s, Graph, Crest, Exchange Powershell – are a plus.
  • Web Hosting or Telco background.
  • Technical Requirements gathering and use case definition using Visio and\or UML.
  • Utilizing Agile and JIRA for project management and tracking.
  • University Degree or Diploma – Business or Computer Science

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product lifecycle – planning, development and continuous improvement.
  • Research and Development on new products, enhancements and new releases of existing products and their technical impact.
  • Validates customers technical design and solution, integration requirements.
  • Provides technical consultation on various aspects of solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Team to define product offering, integrate products, bundle products.
  • Educate Product Teams and Technology Teams.
  • Help create Functional and Business Requirement Documents with Software Development and Business Analysts.
  • Create use cases to support product development.
  • Conducts solutions testing and validation.
  • Supports documentation process by providing applicable artifacts (code samples, screenshots, etc).
