Resumen
Foundations for the Future is Solvay’s intensive rotational development program for Engineering Graduates (2 to 3 assignments of 12 to 18 months). In 3 to 5 years it lets you experience project management, hands-on field work and advanced analytical problem-solving in manufacturing settings throughout several of our locations in European countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all activities and initiatives respect HSE regulations, quality standards and company policies.
- Participate as active member of process improvement programs / projects by following up scientific and technological developments and market evolutions.
- Provide assistance to plants by defining and solving problems and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Provide process technology information, support and advice to the organization by proposing solutions for internal and external customer demands.
- Contribute to industrial project management by participating in the determination of the technical feasibility and the economic value of a project or study.
- Contribute to implementation of the new products in the industrial process.
We seek:
- Graduates with academic degree (Master/PhD preferred) in Chemical Engineering / Process Technology
- Self-starters with capability for information gathering, analytical skills and conceptual thinking
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
- Dynamic team players who are flexible, innovative and eager to tackle new challenges and contribute to our success while laying the foundations for their own.
