Resumen

Mission and Main Objectives:


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Powertrain Industrial Strategy projects within Nissan Europe (NE) Manufacturing sites, proactively both promoting & managing IS initiatives to contribute to maximise NE profit.

Outline and Responsibilities:


For NE Powertrain Plants:

  • Long Term Industrial Strategy planning & proposal
  • Plant engagement for performance enhancement to secure new products
  • Powertrain related allocation studies
  • Capacity Planning and Utilisation Reporting
  • Kari-Kousetsu / Kousetsu coordination
  • Financial feasibility studies (incl. TdC, ET, dNPV)
  • Executive communication
  • Cross-functional project work with NE, Alliance and global functions

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Background in engineering or related disciplines is required.
  • Experience of industrial strategy will be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Experience of working with Renault/NMISA powertrain an advantage.
  • Experience of coordinating cross-functional teams and significant projects required.
  • Educated to HND/degree level or with significant relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Location –Spain – must be flexible to travel for on the job training
