Resumen

What you’ll do:

  • Validate incoming billing requests from field sales team to accounting team.
  • Ensure all billing pre-requisites are in place and properly completed (signed contracts, POs, etc.).
  • Identify and analyze contracts terms (licensing, support, and services) to validate billing requirements.
  • Maintain an ongoing inventory of all recurrent contractual billings.
  • Play central role in contract intake (including contract execution via DocuSign) and termination procedures.
  • Engage with field reps to ensure smooth alignment on past and future billing adjustments.
  • Define process improvement areas and coordinate roll-out across the teams impacted.

Strong candidates will have these attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in billing, contract support, or sales operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • A team player, with ability to work effectively with various internal parties at all levels of the organization, and customers directly as needed.
  • Agility with common business tools including Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs.
  • Experience using CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Experience using with DocuSign, Enterprise Procurement Portals, Accounting Systems, and Contract Management Systems a plus.
