RF / Electronics Assembly Technician Santander

About the Role:

ERZIA is looking for a motivated RF technician to be responsible for assemble and integration of RF systems and subsystems. This role will work directly with the Manufacturing Director and manufacturing team at ERZIA’s clean room in Santander, Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly and integration of RF systems and subsystems including:
  • RF and DC PCBs
  • RF and DC cables
  • MIC/MMIC technology
  • Mechanical assembly
  • Gold wire soldering
• Documentation of all procedures
• Repairs/rework of equipment to correct faults or design requirements
• Review and update of assembly procedures for process improvements

Location & Commitments:

Full-time position, the candidate must be based in Santander, Spain.

Requirements:

• Higher level training in electronics and electricity
• 2 years of experience
• Ability to handle and assemble small mechanical and electronic parts
• Experience with the use and handling of fixturing tools
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with other technicians and engineers
• Meticulous and attention to detail
• Proactive, responsible, organized and problem solver
• Methodical and willing to learn
• Experience in soldering SMD components of minimum size 0402

Desirable:

• Experience in handling and applying epoxies and adhesives
• Knowledge and experience in die&wire bonding
• Qualification according to IPC
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
• Testing of DC electronic boards
• Intermediate level of English
