Principle Responsibilities:
SECURITY (Nissan Companies in Spain):
Oversees security contractors who safeguard the physical safety of employees, external services and visitors, as well as the company’s facilities and assets.
Identifies and push for protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with corporate security strategic plan.
Manages the development and implementation of physical aspects of regional security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security. Physical and individual protection responsibilities will include asset protection, workplace violence prevention included VIPs security, medical first aid plans, access control systems, video surveillance, fire protection, emergency plans and more.
Oversees incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assists with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
Works with outside consultants as appropriate for independent security audits.
Oversees and coordinate NMISA physical security budget control.
Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:
Máster degree.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
3 years’ experience leading country security teams, especially on:
Assets and people protection
Budget management and purchasing; cost reduction and supplier target achievement
Electronic security systems
Coordination of security companies, including fire/ site protection
5 years’ experience in working with Regional and Global teams
Creation and development of company projects, KPIs control etc
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS:
Effective leadership (intelligent, flexible, persuasive).
Able to communicate security and H&S -related concepts to technical and non-technical staff.
Experience with business planning, auditing, and contracts and vendor negotiation.
Must: Bi-lingual English & Spanish. Desirable other languages

Collaborate with AMIEO H&S strategies, objectives and practices implementation.
Stablishes & maintains a fluent relationship with other regional H&S teams, international H&S agencies as well as any other organization outside of Nissan, including automotive companies and their H&S representatives.
Works with Global NML H&S team, to prioritize Health & Safety initiatives and spending, based on correct risk management and/or financial methodology.
Create tools to ensure the right coordination with the different Country H&S heads, overseeing the compliance to policies and local laws related to H&S.
