In our Direct Sales business, the Sales & Service Professional plays a vital role in providing our outstanding and industry leading customer service. There is currently a need for a Full Time, Permanent English/Spanish speaking Sales & Service Professional. This position will be based in the Direct Sales Call Centre in Central London.


The Sales & Service Professional is a highly skilled individual who manages diverse customer needs (new sales, after-sales support and general enquiries) for multiple channels including Personal Shopping, eCommerce, Customer Service departments and Retail. The majority of customer interaction is through internet chat, telephone and email communication, this is supported by state of the art technology.

The Sales & Service Professional provides the Tiffany Experience to every customer and develops strong customer relationships by ensuring the delivery of the highest service levels.


Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:

Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.).
Previous sales & service experience in a retail or contact centre environment.
Familiarity with website technology, website navigation and terminology associated with eCommerce.
Flexibility with work schedule; weekends as required.
Must have authorisation to work in the UK.
Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

University degree.
Prior use of Customer Relationship Management systems.
Additional EU language skills.
Luxury sales & service experience.
