Ingram Micro is a Master Cloud Service Provider (mCSP) offering Channel Partners and professionals access to a global marketplace, expertise, solutions and enablement programs that empower organizations to configure, provision and manage Cloud technologies with confidence and ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customers’ strategic objectives, assess ing customers’ business and technical needs
- Propose solutions & Define scope within commercial documentation
- Extract and document requirements
- Perform system configuration
- Manage all aspects of solution delivery in conjunction with Project Manager & Analyst
- Facilitate solution acceptance
- Transition customer from deployment to production
- Perform ongoing technical account monitoring

- 5 years of experience in similar positions
Valued Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in Enterprise Software, Customer Delivery in a Professional Services role, E-commerce, Order management, and Finance Systems & Platform Architecture Design
- Strong understanding of the Cloud and Hosted Services market
- Experience with key hosted Microsoft offerings such as Exchange, Lync, and O365
- Hardware platform and network design expertise
- Experience with software virtualization
