Position Overview:

CloudBlue is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our Global Sales Team within one of our offices, located in Santander, Spain. The key role focused on proactively optimizing sales processes and managing the sales tech stack to support the company’s growth and efficiency in its sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seeking out new strategic ways to enable Sales productivity
  • Administering and managing key sales tools: You’ll be responsible for handling tools like Salesforce and Bloobirds, ensuring they are productively utilized.
  • Troubleshooting and refining sales processes and systems: You’ll work behind the scenes to improve sales flows, rules, and processes, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintaining high levels of process efficiency and data quality: Accuracy matters! You’ll monitor data integrity and process efficiency to support the sales team.
  • Training team members on sales processes and systems: Sharing knowledge and ensuring everyone is well-versed in the tools and processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages considered a bonus).
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Sales Operations, understanding and experience in SaaS is a strong preference.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a solid analytical and technical background.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and demonstrates accuracy and execution discipline
  • Tech-savvy with experience in modern software tools.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strategic thinker combined with attention to detail with a track record of developing and executing successful Sales Operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

CloudBlue Sales Operations Function:

  • Executive Analysis, Planning and Decks
  • Sales Processes – Improvement and Implementation
    • Lead Process
    • Opportunity Process Management (SDD, Scoping Form, etc)
  • Sales Documentation and Maintenance (Sales Enablement documentation, SFDC processes documentation etc)
  • SFDC and FF Admin (including Bloorbirds, DemandBase, DocuSign, Pardot, LinkedIn and any other integrations)
  • RFPs and Onboarding (customers and vendors)
  • SFDC Data Quality and Accuracy
    • Maintain basic data quality in the CRM (accounts, leads, opportunities, contracts etc)
    • Subscriptions to any reports and dashboards
    • Proactive trending analysis
