Controller (m/f/d):

In this position you will integrate the local finance team. Main goal will be the analysis and control of our financial data and the reporting to internal and external parties. You will be directly reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key Accountabilities and Activities

  • Analysing monthly and annual financial statements
  • Supporting the preparation of the business forecast and budget
  • Supporting the plant controlling
  • Preparing monthly accruals and intercompany reconciliation
  • Supporting customer quotation project
  • Coordinating internal controls
  • Supporting tax reporting
  • Following up capital expenditures
  • Supporting Annual Financial Audit
  • Supporting Accounting and Treasury Responsible
  • Ad-hoc project work
  • Reporting to the HQ in Japan and local management

Your profile

Key Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is required
  • B2-C1 level in English is required
  • Knowledge of Spanish tax and accounting legislation is required
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize the workload
  • Analytical mind, attention to detail, strong business sense
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills within international environment and diverse levels of management

Qualification and Experience:

  • Degree or qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar
  • 2/3 years of experience in Finance department
