Grupo Crit is seeking vibrant FRENCH speaking agents to join us in Santander, Cantabria, Spain. You will be part of our client a great multinational company!
You must have fluent level of these languages: FRENCH + Spanish, medium PC skills and good communication skills.
And you are perfect for us if you are customer-oriented, initiative and results focused.
These will be your responsabilites as part of our team:
· Interact with customers via telephone providing support.
· Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
· Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution.
· Work with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values.
