WE ARE HIRING: IT Support Specialist (L2) – Desktop & Client Services (m/f/d):

About the Role:
On behalf of a large global automotive client, we are looking for motivated IT Support Specialists (L2) to join our team in Sámano-Castro Urdiales. This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile major project and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level desktop support (remotely and on-site)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, MS Office, printers, peripherals)
- Handle service tickets in accordance with SLAs
- Set up and configure workstations
- Support upgrades, patches, and infrastructure activities
- Document solutions and troubleshooting steps
- Escalate complex cases to third-level support
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in desktop support or an IT helpdesk (L1/L2)
- Good knowledge of Windows and common business applications
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language Requirements:
- Spanish: B2 or higher (certified)
- English: B2 or higher (certified)
Work Authorization:
- Valid, unrestricted work authorization for Spain is required
- No sponsorship or visa support available
