Financial Controller Santander

As the Financial Controller, you will manage all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the business unit and oversee all internal and external audits, including coordination of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) activities. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• SOX and Internal Audit: Test and review controls. Coordination with the internal audit.
• Manage external audit: audit statutory accounts companies.
• Supervision balances
• Preparation of the local financial statements
• Monthly reporting

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• 2 years of experience in a financial audit role
• Fluency in English (B2 at least)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)

It’d be great if you also have:

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma management concepts and/or certifications
• Availability to work flexible schedule
