How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will set up and operate manufacturing equipment, transforming raw materials into generator components according to production specifications.
  • You will monitor the quality of output, identifying and flagging faulty products for re-manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • You will perform product inspections using measurement tools like calipers, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout all production activities.
  • You will conduct basic troubleshooting of production equipment and perform routine maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
  • You will maintain accurate daily production records and enter data into systems like SAP, ensuring transparency and efficiency in our processes.

What You Bring

  • You have a vocational or technical education in a relevant field, such as manufacturing or mechanics, and demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • You possess a Forklift Certification and have a foundational understanding of quality and safety standards.
  • You are skilled in machine operation, mechanical aptitude, and the use of hand and power tools.
  • You have experience in quality control, product inspection, and troubleshooting, with a commitment to adhering to health and safety standards.
  • You are proficient in data entry and have a basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.
