How To Contribute To Our Vision
We are looking for a mechanical or electrical engineer, with experience in quality and factory (in a production process) who will:
- Prepares Quality-related analyses, concepts, methods and tools, for respective management to decide.
- Advice business accountable management in specific Quality-related issues.
- Ensures and Implements quality related standards, guidelines and programs in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.
- Analyzes working environment and proposes improvements to management.
- Keeps abreast of industry and legal trends in a specific quality area.
- Drives and coaches’ unit-related general Quality projects in a specific Quality area.
- Contributes to budget planning processes.
- Trains employees in a specific quality area.
- Coordinates a group of quality related staff without leading the team.
- Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues.
What you need to make a difference
- You are an engineer
- You have excellent communication skills of English (C1)
- You have experience in quality and production process
- You have experience in the application of problem solving tools: 8D Methodology, Kaizen, control plan, FMEA, SPC
- 3-5 years of work experience
- You are an organized person
- Teamwork
