Resumen
At Eni, we are looking for a Methodology and settlement Back Office Wholesale within Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U. in Santander, Spain. You will be responsible for reporting directly to the MetAnS Manager, the selected person will be part of the team responsible for the lifecycle management of all transactions concluded by the Front Office. This includes confirmations, margin, and collateral management, invoicing and settlements.
As a member of the portfolio management & trading Department at Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U. you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all settlements are made on time, verifying deadlines, volumes and prices.
- Monitoring reports to ensure that all settlements have been reconciled and processed.
- Supporting the team in the production of reports and KPI’s to show the performance of the overall ENMA team.
- Monitoring data received from the different actors, ensuring that it is entered correctly.
- Redeeming Good based on Plenitude Portfolio, either for Spain or Portugal.
- Downloading and uploading files to various agent websites (TSO, MO, CNMC, etc.).
- Ensuring proper compliance with SOX controls.
- Running internal tools to process multiple data, detecting and monitoring anomalies.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including competence in working with large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn SQL would be an asset.
- Good Knowledge of English
