YOUR TASKS:

As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems.
  • You will work independently or in a team Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workspace hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment.
  • You analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
  • Implementation of software and operating systems using SCCM or other implementation technologies.
  • You record your approach and solution to problems in a ticket system.
  • Asset management.
