Job Mission:
In close cooperation with marketing department, develop, design and optimize packaging conceptions according to technical requirements to standardize and minimize the number of references.
Main functions and responsibilities
– Ownership of packaging technical conceptions.
– Engineer technical conception to cost.
– Support value analysis initiatives regarding packaging.
– Support packaging complaints and non-conformities to completion.
– Analyze and approve technical packaging drawings and specifications.
– Availability to travel worldwide to visit suppliers and plants.
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados
Requirements:
– Engineer in Industrial design or related technical discipline.
– At least 5 years of experience in tasks related to technical design of packaging with deep knowledge on technical properties of cardboard boxes, plastic film, palletizing.
– High English level.
– Knowledge on mechanical properties of materials.
– Willing to travel nationally and internationally.
– Availability to be relocated in Burgos.
