- Elaborate Manufacturing specifications for mechanical workshop
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes & tools.
- Improvement of processes, equipment and working methods.
- Definition, elaboration and acceptance of technical documentation.
- Optimize the factory lay-out and material flow.
- Secure that the knowhow is available within the organization.
- Elaboration of technical documentation
- Analysis, testing, validation and implementation of new technologies.
- Assist all new product development and improvement in all existing products with the target of reducing manufacturing cost
- Investment analysis, implementation and follow up until final acceptance.
- Provide operative support to ME team when necessary.
- Define and follow up the test programs in collaboration with ME.
- Lead the OPEX projects related to manufacturing process.
- Be part of the Non Conformity analysis team and Route Cause Analysis team.
