At Eni, we are looking for a Procurement Coordinator within Plenitude in Torrelavega, Spain. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services
As a member of the procurement department at Plenitude you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders to give support
in all issues related to processes, procedures, and documents. - Encouraging cross-divisional working and learning networks, and contribute to remove barriers that inhibit effective decision making
- Monitors and makes sure that all internal regulatory system is correctly applied throughout the company.
- Be the ambassador of the Company values internally and externally
- Developing & implementing end to end business-aligned sourcing strategies- Incl. risk mitigation strategies and responsible sourcing
- Building strategic supplier relationships, driving commercial, sustainability, innovation and performance initiatives
- Drive negotiations with suppliers focusing on key identified criteria – Quality, Service Delivery, Operational Improvements, Total Cost of Ownership, etc.
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with company procedures and for Purchases of goods & services
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Applied Science, or a Related Field
- Superior Organizational Skills
- Excellent Negotiator
