- Manage RF and Microwave development projects to fullfil customer specifications
- Manage a project team of engineers
- Identify suitable technological solutions for RF Power Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers and Microwave Integrated Assemblies
- Do Gantt charts, cost analysis and project tracking
- Report to the company executives and customers
- Identify quality standards applicable and ensure compliance
- Follow-up production performance
- Perform risk analysis
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
- Project Engineering Program Management Project Managers
- Senior Experience in RF & Microwave electronic design (mandatory)
- Deep hardware/electronics development experience and knowledge
- Proven project management experience
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defence industry
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer specifications
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills in English
