Join our dynamic TAS team as a TAS Technician, where your expertise will shine in the assembly and commissioning of generators at client installations around the globe. Imagine being at the forefront of ensuring the reliability and performance of our clients’ equipment through hands-on technical work, including new builds, overhauls, and troubleshooting of complex systems. You will engage in a variety of tasks that not only challenge your skills but also contribute to the overall success of our operations. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- You will perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on gas turbine packages, gas turbines, power turbines, and compressors.
- Conduct overhauls and new builds of equipment for both onshore and offshore installations.
- Troubleshoot and service the workshop’s production equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Actively contribute to the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to elevate workshop safety and performance standards.
What You Bring:
- A vocational degree in a relevant mechanical or industrial field.
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial or machine maintenance, with relevant experience considered in lieu of formal education.
- Strong technical skills in machine repair and overhaul, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of workshop health and safety (HSE) practices and overhead crane operation.
- A structured and methodical work approach, complemented by a service-oriented mindset and excellent teamwork skills.
- Minimum English proficiency at B1 level.
- Availability for recurring international travel.
