Role Purpose: Full responsability of the exclusive channel management (including our own stores) & business/sales targets in the region(Castilla-León,Cantabria,Rioja,Navarra), including channel structure, sales activities & plans, dealers relationship, retail management and supervisors teams & structure.



High degree/bachelor in engineering / Economics / Business Administration
MBA and/or retail management training to be considered

Languages: Fluent (oral & written) in English


Experience of > 5 years leading large commercial teams management, preferable in in telecommunications/retail sector
Demonstrable track-record / results in sales positions
Sales network management, including external sales teams / distributors
Stores management experience (channel creation, support & development)
Region knowledge
Used to work & collaborate within large organizations & central departments in order to get results
