Challenge by Cintra is an internship program that focuses on these two concepts in order to train young talented professionals. This is a great opportunity to spend a year in an international working environment and to develop your career in different areas of the company, leader in the field of road infrastructures.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Cintra offers 8 international intern positions: 4 for candidates from Spanish universities, 3 for candidatos from US universities and 1 for candidates from Portuguese universities.
Interns will spend a 6 month period at one of Cintra’s corporate and business areas in their home country. After learning from the best professionals in the sector with great technical training, they will improve their skills with more practical training for 6 months abroad.
This second phase of the program will be developed in one of the international locations where Cintra operates. Thus, interns will be able to implement what they have learned with the added value of working in a different culture. United States, Canada, Australia, Spain, Ireland, UK or Portugal are some of the countries where Cintra headquarters are located and where the selected candidates of Challenge by Cintra could complete their training.
A year training period, two countries, colleagues from different nationalities and an international life experience. This is what Challenge by Cintra provides you to become an excellent young professional.

- Business management
- Civil engineering
- Economics
- Finance
- Statistics
- Transportation engineering
What we offer:
- One year online GAIA Master in Professional Development 3.0.
- Monthly grant depending on the home/destination country
