Qualifications:
Education: Graduate degree with specialization in business administration, accounting or finance. Master in Business Administration or Law preferred.
Experience:
- 10-15 years in AML/CFT compliance in the banking sector;
- Significant experience as Project Manager, leading inter-departmental project implementation; and
- Significant experience working with multilateral development banks or similar international institutions.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; working knowledge of Spanish is desired.
Payment and Conditions of Employment: Remuneration will be determined in accordance with Bank regulations and criteria. The Bank may additionally contribute toward travel and moving expenses, if applicable. If a candidate is not a citizen or resident of the country where he/she will be working, the Bank will assist him/her to obtain the corresponding visa or work permit. If a candidate cannot obtain a visa to work at the IDB the contractual offer will be canceled./ Pagos y Condiciones de Empleo: La remuneración será determinada de acuerdo a los reglamentos y criterios del Banco. El Banco podrá adicionalmente contribuir contra gastos de viajes y mudanza, si aplica.
