Funciones:
Se incorporará en SMA Shopper Marketing Agency – una agencia digital interna con más de 420 colegas, que trabajan desde 6 diferentes sedes en el mundo. Su responsabilidad principal será la gestión y coordinación de los diferentes proyectos digitales, de principio a fin, desde la idea inicial hasta la implementación. Será responsable de gestión y control de presupuestos.
Perfil:
Sólida experiencia en marketing digital, de al menos 3 – 4 años, preferiblemente en agencia digital internacional. Licenciado en área afín , el haber cursado un Master en el área digital, es una ventaja. Sólida experiencia y conocimiento técnico en eCommerce, Display , SEM, e mailing, social media y apps.Conocimientos SAO. Es necesario tener un excelente nivel de inglés.

Join a dynamic team with global reach
In the Global Customer Marketing (GCM) department, we are responsible for driving the global account management and sales development agenda in the LEGO Group. You will join a growing team of 12 dynamic colleagues plus a varying number of external consultants who support us in developing processes, systems, tools and training activities to build key account management capabilities in the LEGO Group.
As Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to take on a global project management role, as you lead improvement projects and initiatives across our 3 market Regions in Europe, America & Pacific and Asia. As such, you will get a broad network across the market organisations and accordingly travel some 30-40 days a year. The position is based in Billund.
Lead strategically important projects across global markets
Initially, it will be your responsibility to implement global Go-To-Market strategies and guidelines. A key element will be to work with different models for segmenting markets and customers. Further, you develop policies and guidelines within areas such as Trade Spend and Promotional effectiveness and accordingly support the Sales units in the implementation process. In the long term, future projects may include development of IT solutions and tools to support our effort in building Account Management Excellence.
Adding to this, you identify development opportunities in project proposals, including developing business cases and evaluating potential hard and soft benefits from new development opportunities. Here, your challenge is to ensure involvement and commitment from business units across several markets.
Consultant profile with strategic capabilities and a commercial mind-set
– You have a Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent
– This is paired with 5+ years’ experience, ideally from working in an international environment in a CPG/FMCG company
– You possess a deep understanding of sales processes and account management
– Experience from management consulting is a definite plus
– Experience with project management is a prerequisite You speak and write English fluently
Having excellent interpersonal and networking skills, you can build relations across different cultures and business units in the markets. Further, you are structured, just as you have the drive and commitment to ensure progress and follow-through on deliverables in a complex process environment with several stakeholders.
