The long-running airline focuses on three business areas: leasing, charter and single seat sales. The route network of the airline currently includes over 30 international destinations. Since the founding of the business in 1979 Germania has been enjoying a positive reputation, particularly due to its quality standards in the areas of technical maintenance, security, service and punctuality in the holiday airline industry.
We are currently recruiting for our crew bases Düsseldorf, Munich and Erfurt.
Requirements:
- Educated to a minimum level of accredited secondary education or equivalent
- Fluent in German and English. Fluency in another language is an advantage
- Minimum age 18 years
- Be at least 165 cm
- Holding a drivers license
- Holding a EU-Passport without travel restrictions
- Willing to work on a shift basis, excellent personal presentation, style and image
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Empathetic with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a multicultural environment
As a Cabin Crew member for Germania you will work on board modern aircraft to international destinations within the route network of Germania and its partners. It will be your responsibility to ensure the safety of our guests as well as providing great service at all times. Your ability to be flexible and make the most of every opportunity will provide you with an interesting job experience and the possibility to become a Senior Cabin Crew Member and to lead a team of Cabin Crew members. In a 6-week training we will fit you for your new job as a flight attendant. The classes will take place near Berlin, Germany in the period from September until October.
