Position: Key Account Manager.
Location: Bilbao (desirable). He/she will be working in our premises in Bilbao covering Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra, La Rioja, Soria and Burgos.
Role purpose: He will work with key corporations in the area. In this position he/she will aim to close potential bigger-than-1€M-deals with those customers.
In other to that, he/she will:
Deeply know customers assigned to him/her, understanding their situation, needs strengths and weaknesses and developing a detailed account plan per customer.
Create and develop strong and long term relationships with key people in their customers
Detect sales opportunities based on that knowledge and create a commercial roadmap for them.
Prepare, present and discuss both with customers and internally offers and proposals for those opportunities
Prepare reports and quarterly presentations about his/her customers and opportunities.
Set and fulfill a detailed forecast every month, quarter and year.
Manage and overview an execution and provision project once a deal is closed.
At least five years of commercial experience in sales in a telecom operator or IT integrator.
At least three years of commercial experience with large accounts.
Good commercial and interpersonal skills.
University degree
Desirable:
Good knowledge of key corporations in the Northern area
Telecom or IT related degree
Fluent English
