SCUP is expanding to the Spanish market and needs a highly entrepreneurial Community Manager to build its Spanish community. In this role you will be Scup’s main voice and evangelist in the Spanish market. You will be required to develop a tactical plan, produce interesting content and engage with community members both on and offline.
As a Community Manager, you are a fully dedicated marketing leader, shaping the future of SCUP in the Spanish market. You take part in the content marketing strategy as you lead feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, webmasters, product development, engineering and more.
You will be responsible for building brand awareness in Spain through development of an exceptional PR program and leveraging demand generation programs to fuel incremental sales and support the strategic growth objectives of the market

Responsibilities
- Planning – develop, plan and execute a tactical plan to build Scup’s Spanish community
- Content creation – produce engaging content on social media monitoring, management and related topics
- Social media marketing – create, manage and grow the community’s presence through blogs, social media platforms and other relevant online properties.
- Event planning – plan and attend events (trade shows, meetups, etc)
- Public Relations – build relationships with key influencers in the industry
- Maintaining SCUP Spanish translation using web-based tool
- Researching social media trends for Spain
- Generating ideas for outreaching to agencies
- Creating promotional campaigns to build awareness and social media knowledge
- Lead generation programs, campaigns and event participation, webinars, social activation, closed loop activities and in turn increasing sales efficiency and effectiveness through design and implementation of unique closed loop marketing strategies
- Deliver on enterprise and partner demand generation activities based on lead, sales and acquisition targets
- Understand, communicate and leverage marketing data, tools and tactics which produce the highest ROI
- Create and develop marketing campaigns, social programs and field marketing activities and resulting execution to grow SCUP market share in the agency and SME space
- Deliver and optimize on the strategy, development and execution for email marketing, events, webinars, marketing automation, media planning and marketing reporting
Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas
- Minimum 5 years technology marketing experience, preferably in SaaS space
- Proven expertise in demand generation and digital marketing
- Ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns and projects on time and on budget
- Effectively communicate advantages of marketing technology and digital strategy and advocate for specific business processes or technologies required for success
- Working knowledge of best practices in market/competitive analysis and market segmentation
- Proven experience in brand management as well as partner/agency management
- Proven success in international marketing, social media, events and sales enablement
- Strong strategic planning, writing, presentation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of online user behavior
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Management Information Systems, or exceptional industry experience is required
