Responsibilities:
- Territory Sales: Target, develop and close opportunities in Enterprise Accounts in the territories assigned.
- Territory Channel:Develop and maintain a territory channel plan for local partners aligned with channel team and coordinate and with others Account Manager managing national&global partners with local presence.
- Enhance customer relationships managing and coordinating all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions.
- Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall Huawei Enterprise strategy.
- Employ available Sales Engagement Deliverables to demonstrate efficient, focused and aligned execution
- Use Huawei reporting tools to ensure knowledge sharing, synergies and business predictability.
- Work with individual targets, and execute aligned with team objectives.
- Understand and practise Solution Sales Mechanism/Components .
- Key (Enterprise) Account Management Skills. (Forecasting/funnel management, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, Account (Penetration, Planning, Mapping, Analysis) , Power based selling, Negotiation, Presentation Skills)
- Demonstrate leadership, initiative and motivation in the team
- Ensure handover and leverage correct organisational resource (Presales, Services & Channel)
- Obtain extensive industry and Huawei Enterprise hard skills knowledge
- Provide Customer and market insight and feedback
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and brand integrity
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years ITC solutions sales / account management experience with a proven track record of projects/accounts won.
- A proven track record of building long-term relationships with big accounts.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
- Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.
- Must welcome challenges.
- Must be self motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
- Executing, winning and “making things happen” attitude
- Tasks, priorities and time management
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
