QA & SHE Manager
Localization: Cantabria
Job Purpose:
Responsible for all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality activities. This position manages and improves continuously the processes within the company warranting the compliance of all legal, company and corporative requirements that apply to their activity development safeguarding the stakeholder´s interest.
Job Context & Major Challenges:
Reporting to General Manager CCS and Regional QA Director, the candidate will have responsibility to implement and maintain the Quality & SHE programs, coordinate and cooperate with Departments Managers and Workers Representatives for Quality and SHE continuous performance improvement.
- Ensure that all staff is fully aware of SHE and Quality policies procedures
- Be aware of the current legislation; approve codes of practice, guidance notes and government reports
- Lead the team for implementing and maintaining the CCS mapping of the risk and the related action plan
- Lead the Quality and SHE Systems: design the yearly S&H preventive plan, maintain Environmental and Working Agency relationships and Assure the properly investigation and closing of complains.
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
University Degree (Chemical Engineer or similar)
S&H professional certification (Superior level)
Environmental Technology Master
ISO TS or QS 9001 certification
Auditor quality
MS Office and SAP
Fluent English
