Job Purpose:
Responsible and accountable to grow the new business and to develop the customer base for business direct in his/her assigned area, North of Spain and Rioja, North of Castilla y León and Navarra.
Responsabilities:
- Grow the new business to increase overall market penetration and profitability throughout the target customer segments.
- Drive an effective BD customer portfolio management structure to maximise customer coverage across the area assigned.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain relationships with all customers (existing and new).
- Work with customers to understand their needs and business drivers, solution expectations.
- Focus on new/ potential customers in the assigned area in market in corporate segments.
- Increase RPD in the renewal of the different accounts assigned to her/his portfolio.
Requisitos:
Educational Background:
Ideally commercial degree or a proven track record in sales and customer portfolio management. If not possible degree in other areas and mandatory medium knowledge of English language.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 3/5 years in a sales/customer/market development position ideally in B2B Services companies. Experience in negotiation in tough environment.
Good knowledge of North Region Spain region customers
Location:
Preferable home based in North of Spain region: País Vasco ( Bilbao desirable) or Galicia ( A Coruña desirable)
Knowledge:
- Ability to develop, implement, execute and follow up realistic sales plans.
- Level of understanding of how to address client needs.
- Good understanding of the Service Coorporation.
- Good understanding of a P/L and speed in calculations.
- Able to prepare the Sales plan for the area assigned.
Skills:
- Negotiation skills in a dynamic and complex environment bringing together competing priorities and the ability to translate plans into action.
