JOB DUTIES : Based in Krakow (Poland), you will be providing 1st level support to customers, in a 8am-10pm operation, identifying issues and providing potential solutions.
Working on a professional level you will also be asking in depth questions to identify key customers issues and to fully understand the overall problem.
You will be the case holder with regards to the customer experience and will be addressing any issues or challenges the customer is facing.

Nivel educativo requerido:
Fluent in written and verbal in Spanish.
You will have at least 12-24 months experience within a helpdesk environment.
Experience troubleshooting, hardware and software experience in a customer service focused environment will be advantageous.
Be IT literate and have experience in using Microsoft packages, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook. Good knowledge of operating systems/servers: Windows 98/2000/2003, XP.
