As a member of the commercial team at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for :

  • Delivering outbound campaigns and devise ways to continue improving delivery. Ability to act on different customers with the most relevant touchpoint
  • Developing actionable business insights focused on growth (up-selling, cross-selling) and retention
  • Working closely with sales creating feedback loop routines in order to accelerate growth through customer base
  • Leadership in understanding business performance, defining KPIs, segmentation/targeting and leveraging internal and external data assets to make better data-driven decisions
  • Supporting and providing expert input about customer-centricity in projects involving several BU

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Applied Science, or a Related Field
  • Business acumen: ability to design activities starting from a white sheet, always being data driven
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility for a rapidly changing market context
  • Ability to listen and to provide feedback in a constructive way
  • Can do attitude: ability to develop ideas, starting from the most creative ones
  • Knowledge of advanced English, other languages considered a plus
  • Previous experience in energy, telco, banking, insurance, digital services is considered a plus
